Home CHEST AND TRICEP Workout

Hey guys, in this video Im gonna show you how you can build your chest and tricep muscles using just a pair of dumbbells. This is a great workout that you can do right at home especially if you don't have access to a gym. 

CHEST WORKOUT
Floor Dumbbell Flys - 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Push Ups - Till Failure (as many reps as you can)
Flex and Squeeze - squeeze your chest for 10 sec
Repeat 8 times

TRICEP WORKOUT
Overhead Dumbbell Extension - 10-15 reps
Chair Dips - Till Failure ( as many reps as you can)
Flex and Squeeze - squeeze your triceps for 10 sec
Repeat 8 times
